Dress measures 33 inches from the back of the neck down to the hemline, when laid flat 13” across the appliqué flowers, 12” across the shoulder seems. Zippered back with hook & eye closure at the neck.
Crinoline measures 21” long, and when laid fat 10” across the elastic waistband. The elastic stretches to max 15” when laid flat.
