I have this chicco highchair in excellent used condition for sale. It is very clean, but missing the buckle. We moved and somehow it got misplaced. Does not affect the function of the high chair though! The chair reclines and can be higher or lower to the ground. Has a basket to hold bibs, a removable tray and tray topper, and the wheels have locks. We barely used this highchair at all!
