Cost approximately $1800- $2200 new, bought new 4 years ago, but was not used regularly. Maybe saw a year and a half of use out of the 4 years we had it.
It's a great solid and sturdy bed with lots of storage. There is a dresser on one side, and drawers in the stairs on the other. All drawers open and close smoothly. we have no use for it any longer since the kids are now grown. Desk top has some wear as it saw the most use but that can be easily fixed, some scratch marks in places but really hard to even see them in the dark wood.
Non smoking home, and we do have pets but they don't have access to that room. Price is negotiable, and i am open to trade. We can not take apart, move, or deliver as our physical disabilities prevent us from lifting and moving the heavy parts. We will help as much as our bodies will allow, but you will need to bring help and a way to transport it.
