2007 Mercedes-Benz S550 Sedan

Car will need to be towed as the radiator has a massive leak. Radiator will need to be replaced before driving. Car does start and run though. Clean title in hand. VIN # is WDDNG71X87A062892. Tons of new parts over the years and ready for someone else to take over as a project. It’s not perfect but is a solid base for someone who knows these cars. I’ve owned 5 generations of S classes and the reason I’m selling this one is that I just got newer one. I’ve owned this one since 2015. I’ll try to lay everything out in a list of good and bad as follows:

Good:
• Does in fact run (after radiator replacement) I used to drive back and forth from here to Florida without issue.
• Tires are brand new. They were put on in Florida earlier this year, driven back to Texas and it hasn’t moved much since.
• Front passenger air strut is new. All air struts have been replaced over the years.
• Batteries are new as well - starting and main in the trunk and both are under warranty.
• Transmission was replaced in 2021.
• All major seals around the engine have been replaced MINUS the one around the oil filter housing which does need replaced as it leaks oil. Not a lot but a leak nonetheless.
• Command system updated to the newest maps available so that won’t need done.
• AC compressor replaced two years back.
• Oil changes done regularly with only Mobil 1 0W40.

Bad:
• The radiator.
• The brakes squeal when using them at slow speeds. They do in fact work though but are probably getting near needing replacing again.
• Minor oil leak around oiil filter housing.
• Radio does not work. Navigation does, but you won’t hear any audio. Amp in trunk needs replaced.
• Massage seats don’t work. Cooling and heating does though.
• Back driver window regulator does not work. All other windows function as they should.
• Sunroof does not work.
• Rust spot which is pictured on passenger side near the gas tank.
• Check engine light is on. Codes are P0017 and P0016 related to the camshaft. Replaced sensors, according to the mechanic it just needs new magnets but I can’t confirm that.
• Displays Airmatic malfunction but that didn’t happen until after the last strut was put on. The car does raise just fine though.
• Gas tank filter. This causes the automatic pump to shut off at gas stations sometimes. You just have to manually pump slower. Not at all gas stations. It’s a known issue and you can replace the filter if you want.
• Various cosmetic issues throughout.

That’s pretty much everything that I can think of. It could use a good wash and wax as well as an interior detailing. Feel free to come by and look at it and if you have any questions don’t hesitate to ask! Open to reasonable offers - price was set basically to cover the cost of parts put into it and the new tires. No trades except for possibly another Mercedes.
