I am getting older and just am keeping the things that have sentimental value.

You will need two to three people and either a U haul or two trucks.

I live upstairs and it's going to take a lot of carrying.

This is a once in a lifetime collection. Just the Christmas and Halloween alone is worth it. There is even a Halloween tree!

This is for someone that has a couple antique spaces, Ebay, garage sale, flea market or just wants to sell everything over time.. there are over a 1000 peices of antiques, postcards, ads and very very rare Halloween collectibles.. A lot of these pieces sell for over $50 a piece in antique stores. I have very rare Coca-Cola items as well.

Most pieces are marked Made in Japan..There are Occupied Japan figurines as well..
